New Identities Guest Considerations & Policies
We recommend that you reserve your next appointment time prior to leaving the Salon, so that you are guaranteed the ideal date and time that best fits your schedule.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a rescheduling fee on any salon service, New Identities requires cancellations or time changes at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise a fee of $30 will be added to your next visit. Gift Certificate holders will have the entire service deducted from their gift certificates.

Guest Safety
Please be advised that, for safety and liability reasons, only those guests receiving hair services are permitted in the hair-cutting area.

Children are allowed in the salon, but must be accompanied and monitored by an adult in the reception seating area. Excessive noise or disturbances by little ones is, unfortunately, not permitted at New Identities Hair Studios. Moreover, our salon utilizes hair color products, chemicals and sharp objects which could potentially harm children. We have adopted this policy in order to optimize all our guests’ experience with us as well as safety and liability reasons and most importantly, so we can focus on YOU! If (or when) this situation occurs, it may be necessary to re-schedule a guest’s appointment to a future date and time when childcare is available.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your service. Arriving late may reduce the service time or require rescheduling you appointment.

Mobile Phones & Mobile Devices
New Identities Hair Studios requests that you please turn your cell phone ringer off and/or volume off when entering the building out of respect for all guests and staff.
