Because our time is as valuable as yours, as a professional courtesy, New Identities Hair Studios has adopted a (3)-strike policy regarding scheduled appointment reservations.
We simply ask that guest reservations be rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours PRIOR to your reserved appointment date.
This policy is in place because it gives us the opportunity to fill that available space with another guest. However, at the time a guest has had 3-instances of “cancelling with insufficient notice” or “no-showing” for a scheduled appointment reservation, New Identities must place those guests on a “walk-in basis – only” to receive future services.
