Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note that a credit card is required to secure your appointment.
We understand that life  is busy. If you need top reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. This allows our team to better serve all of our guests and sustain the career they are passionate about.
Cancellations inside of 48 hours may subject to 50% of the service fee. If you are more the 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to allow the appropriate time needed for your service. 
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing an exceptional service that allows you to look  and feel your best.

Guest Safety
Please be advised that, for safety and liability reasons, only those guests receiving hair services are permitted in the hair-cutting area.

Children are allowed in the salon, but must be accompanied and monitored by an adult in the reception seating area. Excessive noise or disturbances by little ones is, unfortunately, not permitted at New Identities Hair Studios. Moreover, our salon utilizes hair color products, chemicals and sharp objects which could potentially harm children. We have adopted this policy in order to optimize all our guests’ experience with us as well as safety and liability reasons and most importantly, so we can focus on YOU! If (or when) this situation occurs, it may be necessary to re-schedule a guest’s appointment to a future date and time when childcare is available.

Punctuality
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your service. Arriving late may reduce the service time or require rescheduling you appointment.

Mobile Phones & Mobile Devices
New Identities Hair Studios requests that you please turn your cell phone ringer off and/or volume off when entering the building out of respect for all guests and staff.
