Appointment Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve any color appointments. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for your color appointment, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
Please be advised that, for safety and liability reasons, only those guests receiving hair services are permitted in the hair-cutting area.
Children are allowed in the salon, but must be accompanied and monitored by an adult in the reception seating area. Excessive noise or disturbances by little ones is, unfortunately, not permitted at New Identities Hair Studios. Moreover, our salon utilizes hair color products, chemicals and sharp objects which could potentially harm children. We have adopted this policy in order to optimize all our guests’ experience with us as well as safety and liability reasons and most importantly, so we can focus on YOU! If (or when) this situation occurs, it may be necessary to re-schedule a guest’s appointment to a future date and time when childcare is available.
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your service. Arriving late may reduce the service time or require rescheduling you appointment.
